The Hard jaws are precision-machined clamping tools designed for high-strength, repeatable gripping in CNC lathe and chucking applications.
Manufactured from hardened steel, they offer excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability, making them ideal for heavy-duty operations and high-volume production.
Hard jaws are suitable for holding rigid workpieces where minimal deformation and maximum clamping force are required.
Available in various configurations, including serrated, tongue & groove, and bolt-on styles, to accommodate different chuck systems and machining needs.

The hard jaws (3.0mm × 60°) are designed for CNC lathes. The clamping step features hardened serrations that securely grip the workpiece while minimizing surface scratches or damage.
