The ForceCheck gauge is available in a standard version, as well as wireless hand-held and machine controller integrated versions.
Tool clamping force is often never measured after a machine is put into service. Regular verification allows problems to be detected early so maintenance and repairs can be scheduled.
Sets include wireless display and carrying case. Measuring bars, adapters, and other accessories are ordered separately.
Turning-center force sensors are designed to measure the holding force of clamp jaws on chucks. This allows manufacturers to make critical adjustments, and improve repeatability and workpiece quality. The wireless version of the chuck force gauge is able to measure RPM along with force.
The ForceCheck wireless chuck force gauge is designed to quickly and accurately measure holding force and speed on chucks. Verifying chuck holding force allows manufacturers to improve the repeatability of a manufacturing process by checking actual holding force under dynamic (rotating) conditions, as well as perform critical preventative maintenance checks. Tool changer alignment gauges are used to check automatic tool changer positioning between the gripper arm, magazine, tool holder, and the spindle.
Improper alignment results in abnormal wear on spindle and tool holder tapers, faulty clamping, dropped tools, and decreased machine repeatability – resulting in reduced productivity and expensive machine damage.
Tool changer alignment gauges from TAC Rockford make correct alignment between the spindle and automatic tool changer easy.
Available for HSK-A 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, and 160. Includes padded storage case.

Ball end test arbors are primarily used to check the positioning accuracy of 5-axis machine spindles, but also serve to verify spindle runout and provide an accurate touch-off point from the spindle face.
TAC Rockford offers two classes: Standard arbors feature a runout tolerance of less than 0.01mm (0.0004in), while Precision arbors achieve a stringent runout of less than 0.005mm (0.0002in).

Flange may not be suitable for use with automatic tool changers.
Spindle taper gauges are used to check for worn tapers on machine spindles, as well as for verification when regrinding or manufacturing spindle tapers. As with tool holders, a correctly made and non-worn taper is critical for a strong connection between spindle and tool holder. Units are available for CAT/DIN/BT taper in basic contact gauges, dial indicator gauges, as well as air gauges. For HSK, we offer dial indicator, electronic, and air gauges.
Pneumatic Kits
Without a dimensionally correct tool holder taper, it is not possible to ensure a proper spindle/tool holder connection.
Using tool holder dimensional gauges, the taper and other key features can be checked for wear, or new holders can be checked as a part of incoming inspection. In addition, gauges are a necessity when manufacturing tool holders. Units are available for CAT/DIN/BT tapers in basic contact gauges, dial indicator gauges, as well as air gauges. For HSK, we offer dial indicator, electronic, and air gauges.
These gauges are designed to test the quality and precision of the tool holder taper of steep taper DIN, CAT/ANSI, MAS 403-BT, or ISO standards. Specific testing standards for other tapers may also be available.
While the gauges check the precise measurement of the tool holder taper, it is recommended to check the milling spindle-interface dimensions as well. For some kits, adapters can be included as a customized kit for checking both the taper and spindle dimensions.

Using the calibrated master, the distance of the 30 degree clamping slope relative to l 2 is preset using the dial indicator holder. The tool taper to be measured is placed in the centering piece, allowing the variation of the taper to be measured.

Available for all steep taper tool holder sizes (20, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60) The tool holder inspection gauge is designed to inspect tool holder taper diameters for wear and other potential problems. Verifying tool holder tapers are correct can help to maximize spindle life and improve part finish. Please note that the taper inspection gauge will only check diameter on two planes along with taper angle. The gauge will not detect nicks or localized damage to the taper. We recommend using series 430.110 taper sleeve gauges in conjunction with the taper inspection gauge for this purpose. The tool holder taper inspection gauge includes the Fixture Base and two Indicators (0.002mm or 0.0001 inch resolution). An optional 430.110 certified Taper Master is strongly recommended for zeroing the Indicators. If a master is not available, a knowngood tool holder can be used in place of the master.
