The SMART MIST MAGIC Collector technology begins at the Magic Separator© design, that forces the intake flow into a circular motion which separates heavy elements (mist and other heavy particles) by centrifugal force while forcing them out throgh the Smart Drain Box.

The Smart Drain Box allows the mist collector to be directly positioned over the machine’s process area, directly discharging the residual mist and/or sludge, further reducing the collector’s maintenance. Of course, a hose may be adapted to the Smart Drain Box in order to drain like a regular mist collector.

 The final part of the removal process is achieved by the Smart Demister, which further recovers fine mist. Also, extra filter accesories or duct hoses may be fitted to the exhaust of the collector in order to further collect, process or re-direct the exhaust flow
