Vektek’s directional control valves are the essential link in any hydraulic workholding or fixture clamping system, providing precise control over the extend and retract functions of hydraulic cylinders. Each 3-position, 4-port solenoid valve or manual valve directs fluid flow from the pump to the cylinders and returns it to the reservoir, ensuring reliable and repeatable motion during every machining cycle.
Built for demanding industrial environments, all VektorFlo® directional control valves are rated for 5,000 psi working pressure and feature NFPA DO3 / ISO 44011 standard mounting. This universal design allows rapid installation and quick valve replacement without disturbing existing plumbing—reducing contamination risk and minimizing costly downtime. The ability to easily upgrade from manual to solenoid operation makes Vektek valves a long-term, flexible solution for modern workholding systems.
Vektek offers a range of hydraulic directional control valve configurations to match specific application needs. Closed-center solenoid valves help maintain position in the event of power loss, while “P”-blocked center valves enable safe decoupling for palletized double-acting systems. Each valve is engineered with a true poppet design to prevent internal leakage and to provide consistent, positive control.
With options for remote subplate mounting or direct power-supply integration, Vektek valves simplify plumbing and eliminate the need for each fixture to have independent valves.
